Since we package the units according to the requirement of our customers, our engineers design the CNG refueling package keeping in mind the environmental conditions of the region where it is to be supplied which includes ambient temperature, humidity, air flow and quality of inputs like gas and power. So unlike other CNG refueling packages our supplied package is successful throughout the world especially in countries where ambient temperature is high. Specially designed coolers make it possible to keep the compressed natural gas as low temperature. RPM of compressor, number of stages in which required pressure is to be attained and compression ratios also play key role in our designed Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) refueling package.

CNG refueling dispensers
We supply fast flow and safe CNG refueling dispensers. The dispensers are also built on international standards. The dispensers are designed in a way that it can not fill excess pressure in the vehicle to avoid accidents. Specially designed filters do not allow oil to go with the gas. We use micromotion mass flow meters in our dispenser which do not need any introduction and are ranked among most accurate and reliable mass flow meters in the world. Dispensers are available in single line and in three line sequencing.

Storage Cascades
Storage of a CNG refueling Station also plays important role in its efficiency. We design storage cascade in a way that each cylinder in a particular bank is filled simultaneously through manifold. Additional safety relief valve is also installed on each bank to ensure complete safety. Burst disc is also present on valve of each cylinder to avoid any accident. Storage cascades as single bank and three bank system are available.
